Compressor and Vacuum PerformanceThe ‘heart’ of ASI’s self contained systems are the balanced compressor and vacuum pumps. These pumps are selected for their high output performance to deliver the compressed air flow and suction strength to operate your handpieces with the most power possible. ASI’s vacuum system has been tested to outperform other competing products allowing you to use both your HVE and Saliva ejector simultaneously, a first for self-contained systems.
Powerful and QuietASI’s proprietary sound reduction system utilizes a multifaceted design to provide an exceptionally quiet system.
Air Tanks and Dry AirASI uses two stage aluminum air tanks to provide safe, non-corroding high pressure capability. The two stage system also makes up part of the air drying system to remove condensation from the air supply.
Amalgam Separator and Suction TankIncorporates an amalgam separator to filter out small heavy metals and debris. This can be valuable in case future regulations are required by state or cities in your area. ASI’s suction canister system also features an electronically controlled float switch to shut off the vacuum pump in the event the canister fills up protecting the vacuum pump from flooding.
Titanium Suction HandpiecesAn ASI Exclusive is our 100% all titanium suction handpieces that provide the highest quality available with the strength of stainless steel but with less weight. These handpieces can withstand repeated autoclaving and are inert to most chemicals.
