A Plumb Free solution. These standard systems are affordable and perfect for satellite offices, mobile dentistry, Hygiene, Ortho and more.
ASI’s Standard Mobile Dental Systems are plumb-free and can be plugged into a standard electrical outlet eliminating any special installation requirements and greatly ease practice location constraints.
These affordable, high quality mobile dental carts come equipped with an internal air compressor and vacuum that deliver high compressor and suction performance with dramatically quiet sound levels resulting in optimal performance equivalent to a plumbed office.
ASI’s Standard Mobile Systems are fully featured to include:
These systems all use medical grade stainless steel control block and valves for extended operating life rather than plated brass components that are common to other dental units. Medical grade stainless steel has greater strength for superior performance, lasting durability and enhanced corrosion resistance for water line disinfectants.
The compressor and vacuum pumps are selected for their high output performance to deliver the compressed air flow and suction strength to operate your handpieces with the most power possible. The compressor design substantially eliminates vibration to the chassis and precisely attenuates and muffles sound waves to effectively dampen sound. ASI’s vacuum system has been tested to outperform other competing products allowing you to use both your HVE and saliva ejector at the same time, which is a first for self-contained systems.
ASI uses a special two stage air tank design to provide safe, non-corroding high-pressure capability. The two-stage system helps to remove condensation from the air supply.
The Standard Mobile Systems incorporate an amalgam separator to filter out small heavy metals and debris. This can be valuable in case future regulations are required by state or cities in your area. ASI’s suction canister system also features an electronically controlled float switch to shut off the vacuum pump in the event the canister fills up protecting the vacuum pump from flooding.
The Standard Mobile Systems are engineered with a thick-walled, high-grade aluminum chassis with baked on powder coat paint finish for durability, a WilsonArt™ solid surface worktop for an easy to clean aseptic surface and durable, smooth casters.
The innovative handpiece holders (patent pending) feature a molded body design that articulates around the bar and from side to side for ideal instrument placement. Each holder is specially designed to fit the unique shape of the various instruments in order to deliver a precise fit.
