All world capable, tough motor system that is dual voltage capable. Voltage selector switches allow the system to be operated from generators and other electrical utility supplies, making it a versatile system for deployable use anywhere you need dental capability.

The 2025M Military System can be ordered to include a specially designed hardened ECS brand case with roll in ramp that makes it effortless to pack the system, service kit and related accessory items.

This system is fully featured to include: an oilless air compressor with two stage drying system; a dry vacuum pump with amalgam separation; an electric waste purge system; an aseptic dual bottle water system; and air, water and electrical accessory outlets to connect other instruments. Triton™ series includes all stainless steel control block and valves for extended operating life, thick walled high grade aluminum chassis with baked on powder coat paint finish for durability, and innovative handpiece holders.

Compressor and Vacuum Performance

The ‘heart’ of ASI’s self contained systems are the balanced compressor and vacuum pumps. These pumps are selected for their high output performance to deliver the compressed air flow and suction strength to operate your handpieces with the most power possible. ASI’s vacuum system has been tested to outperform other competing products allowing you to use both your HVE and Saliva ejector simultaneously, a first for self-contained systems.

ASI’s proprietary sound reduction system utilizes a multifaceted design to provide an exceptionally quiet system.

Air Tanks and Dry Air

ASI uses two stage aluminum air tanks to provide safe, non-corroding high pressure capability. The two stage system also makes up part of the air drying system to remove condensation from the air supply.

Amalgam Separator and Suction Tank

Incorporates an amalgam separator to filter out small heavy metals and debris. This can be valuable in case future regulations are required by state or cities in your area. ASI’s suction canister system also features an electronically controlled float switch to shut off the vacuum pump in the event the canister fills up protecting the vacuum pump from flooding.

Titanium Suction Handpieces

An ASI Exclusive is our 100% all titanium suction handpieces that provide the highest quality available with the strength of stainless steel but with less weight. These handpieces can withstand repeated autoclaving and are inert to most chemicals.
