ASI is committed to providing serviceability for all of our products. We achieve high serviceability through a multi-level approach.
We endeavor to preserve our customers trust by only delivering products of the finest quality in design and manufacture. ASI products are designed with quality throughout for consistent and lasting performance. Where applicable, we use reliable and performance tested pneumatic components, hospital grade and/or UL listed electrical wiring and components, baked-on powder coat paint for durable and scratch resistant surfaces and the highest grades of structural metals, materials and fasteners. At ASI, we continually evaluate our product designs and whenever possible upgrade our products to include better design features and quality components. ASI’s Delivery Systems were developed by evaluating operatory equipment requirements from a fresh perspective.
Our exclusive modular panel design not only allows us to fully integrate modern treatment and diagnostic instruments but also make the systems easy to service. The modular control panel allows individual circuit boards to be independently removed without affecting operation of the rest of the delivery system. Most circuit boards use modular jacks and connectors which make removal and replacement simple and strait forward. Instrument handpieces can also be easily disconnected for factory service by the respective manufacturer.
ASI delivery systems utilize standard type dental control blocks, tubing and connections that can be easily understood and serviced by any dental service technician.
